It is located on the 1st floor of ICONSIAM and offers a modern French cuisine prepared by a seasoned kitchen team led by Executive Chef Wilfrid Hocquet and Executive Pastry Chef Maxou Boonthanakit. Styled by Parisian design firm JouinManku, Blue introduces a modern approach to fine dining with floor-to-ceiling glass windows overlooking the panoramic Chao Phraya riverscape.
