Siam Piwat grants 2013’s scholarship to the Faculty of Architecture Chulalongkorn University to promote youth career in urban architecture

Siam Piwat Co., Ltd., led by Mrs. Chanisa Chutipat (4th from left), President of Siam Piwat Co., Ltd. granted 2013’s 510,000-Baht scholarship to students from Department of Urban and Regional Planning, Faculty of Architecture. Representing the faculty were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pinrat Kanjanathiti (2nd from left), Dean of Faculty of Architecture, Chulalongkorn University Chulalongkorn University and Mr. Kittinat Pimpakan (3rd from left), student and grantee. This scholarship program is designed to promote the development of human resources in urban planning through the provision of educational opportunities to young people. This will be the important force in the development of Thailand’s urban planning for the future. The ceremony was honored by the presence of Asst. Prof. Dr. Kaisri Paksukcharoen (1st from left), head of Urban and Regional Planning department, Prof. Dr. Niramol Kulsrisombat (2nd from right) and Dr. Nattapong Punnoi (1st from right), from the department, and Mrs. Jarunan Ithiawatchakul (3rd from right), Executive Vice President of Human Resources, Siam Piwat Co., Ltd., at Siam Tower.
