Siam Piwat shares HR management knowledge in “Beginner-level BMA Executive Development Program, Class 42,” hosted by the BMA Training and Development Institute

Siam Piwat Group’s executives led by Mr. Nuttawut Kietchaiyakorn, Executive Vice President, and Ms. Suthi Siriphan, Head of Learning and Development, participated as speakers for “Beginner-level BMA Executive Development Program, Class 42,” hosted by the BMA Training and Development Institute. As a preparatory course for BMA officials and personnel, the program gave an opportunity for the participants to learn from other agencies and executives with professional experience and a proven track record of success. The training was organized on June 13, 2023 at Royal City Hotel in Bang Phlat, Bangkok.

At the training session, the two speakers shared with the attendees their management insights as leaders as well as strategies to efficiently steer the organization towards its goals, in line with Siam Piwat’s approach to developing a well-growing platform. The move reinforces the organization’s commitment to sustainability, the co-creation of value with all sectors, as well as internal and external personnel development for the mutual growth of all parties involved.
