Siam Piwat shares its experience in developing ICONSIAM into Thailand’s iconic project and global landmark in ICONIC XPERIENCE course

Representing Siam Piwat Group, Chadatip Chutrakul, Chief Executive Officer, joined the ICONIC XPERIENCE Program, themed “Iconic City” as a special lecturer along with Valuka Rojanapirom, Managing Director of Urban Architects Co., Ltd., and Achariya Rojanapirom, Chairperson of Urban Architects Co., Ltd. In the session, Chadatip shared her vision and experience in developing ICONSIAM into Thailand’s iconic project and discussed the role of ICONSIAM in the development of Thonburi and communities along the Chao Phraya River.

The program also included a site visit, where the attendees were introduced to the architectural highlights across ICONSIAM. The session, attended by 72 business owners, executives, and leading businesspeople in Thailand, was organized on November 17, 2023 at True Icon Hall, ICONSIAM.

ICONIC XPERIENCE is a course that seeks to inspire the attendees and introduce them to various types of projects, such as mixed-use properties, retail projects, hotels, restaurants, educational institutions, and soft power initiatives, from all angles, with lessons learned, obstacles, and success tips for those interested in developing iconic projects. The program is organized by Builk One Group Co., Ltd., a developer of software packages for construction contractors and real estate developers.
