Siam Piwat joins the National Chamber of Commerce Seminar to empower TCC network in celebration of its 90th anniversary
Representing Siam Piwat Group, Chadatip Chutrakul, CEO, attended the 41st National Chamber of Commerce Seminar, which also marked the 90th anniversary of the Thai Chamber of Commerce (TCC), and delivered a talk as a guest speaker on the topic “Connect the Dots for Competitiveness,” aimed at promoting the synergy between the chambers of commerce across Thailand in line with the “Connect the Dots” approach in order to enhance Thailand’s competitive advantage and achieve sustainable growth, as laid out in the “Connect-Competitive-Sustainable” pathway. Sanan Angubolkul, Chairman of the Thai Chamber of Commerce and the Board of Trade of Thailand, presided over the opening ceremony. The event was held on November 18-19, 2023 at BITEC, Bangkok.
At the event, Srettha Thavisin, Prime Minister and Finance Minister, delivered the keynote speech “The Time to Act Is Now: Reviving the Thai Economy for Sustainability,” while Varawut Silpa-archa, Minister of Social Development and Human Security, gave a special speech titled “Empowerment and Development for All for the Sustainable Development of Thailand.” The seminar also featured special speeches by business leaders in the private sector, including “90 years of the Thai Chamber of Commerce and Thailand’s Economic Development” by Dhanin Chearavanont, Senior Chairman of Charoen Pokphand Group. The seminar was well-attended, with 1,500 people in attendance, including the Board of the Thai Chamber of Commerce and the Board of Trade of Thailand, governors from across the country, presidents and secretaries-general of provincial chambers of commerce, foreign chambers of commerce, trade association presidents, members of YEC and chambers of commerce nationwide, as well as representatives from the public and private sectors. Additionally, Siam Piwat showcased ONESIAM SuperApp at its booth in the event to introduce the attendees to a vital tool for elevating the development of superior customer experience and services.
