Siam Premium Outlets is a luxury premium outlet operated by Siam Piwat Simon Co., Ltd, which is a joint venture established in 2018 between Simon Property Group and Siam Piwat Group.
The joint venture is Simon’ s first in Thailand, and its fourth in Asia. In total, the joint venture envisions three Siam Premium Outlets built in Thailand.
The first project of the joint venture of Simon and Siam Piwat Group is Siam Premium Outlets Bangkok opened on 19 June 2020. The development emphasizes outdoor settings, nature, green surrounding, and water. It has a total gross floor area (GFA) of around 50,000 sqm and is developed on a plot of 150 rai (25 hectares).
